Federal: 30% Federal tax credit with no cap.

State: Illinois has a 30% cash rebate for PV, wind, and solar thermal, but the money is currently frozen (they yanked the money back for the budget). Call the governor’s office and demand this money back. It’s a meager $5M but it will definitely jumpstart the residential solar energy industry in Illinois.
