Philadelphia Solar Rebates:

Federal: 30% Federal tax credit with no cap.

State: The Pennsylvania Sunshine state-funded solar program provides up a 35% rebate on the total cost of the system, with some limitations. As of the end of 2009, these homeowner rebates have been very popular but are still fully available.
