Hi, it’s Matt, your friendly pre-qualification specialist. The last 3 months I’ve been calling, leaving messages, sending emails and just talking with our San Diego 1BOG members. We’ve had some really great conversations and everyone that signed up on our website has had some kind of contact with me. If I left too many messages or sent too many emails, I apologize for being over zealous, but I’m so excited to help you go solar that I can hardly contain myself.
One of the greatest parts of doing these campaigns is gaining a sense of belonging to a community. The greater San Diego area is huge! So many beautiful homes and so many distinct geographical areas. Some of you live in the foggy marine zone while others practically live in a desert. It’s amazing to see some of the beautiful gardens and orchards that people maintain on their property. I even had the pleasure of learning everything there is to know about raising Llamas from one of our members.
Over 100 1BOG members are going solar through 1BOG San Diego and are saving money and reducingdependence on fossil fuels. The San Diego campaign is currently wrapping up so I want to say thanks to all the participants.
This has absolutely been a smashing success and we look forward to doing another program in the coming months. I am sure you have heard it before, but for our campaigns to be successful and make a difference, we rely on word of mouth and viral buzz, so we certainly appreciate you telling your friends and neighbors about our campaigns.
Finally, I wanted to thank our two chosen solar integrators Gro Solar and HelioPower. It was great working with them and we appreciate all they did to help make One Block Off the Grid in San Diego a huge success!
