It’s safe to say that Andres Spagarino was no stranger to solar when he signed up for our San Diego campaign in Spring 2010. He not only works for a company that provides solar rebates to businesses and homeowners in California, but has also been an avid follower of solar technologies since the 1980s. Here’s what he had to say about his experience going solar with One Block Off the Grid:
